It looks like our country is going to intervene in Syria according to the news today.  We have no reason to do this.  This is a civil war within a country and if anyone becomes entangled it should be the  Arab countries.  The two factions who are fighting are not our allies.  All of the world knows that Iran is sending weapons and supplies to Syria, plus Russia has a stake in the war on that same side.  Instead, I think we should worry about Iran having a nuclear bomb and have that subject on our plate at this time.  We have lost too many lives in Iraq and Afghanistan for no reason whatsoever and have nothing to show for helping these people – except they continue to kill more of our young people.  Now our young people have to come back home and live with the scars.

We are being informed by Susan Rice that the leader of Syria has used a gas on his people.  Can we believe that?  We will give her a new name, “Miss Patsy.”
