With all of the riches in the world, why is there so much poverty?  You can travel the world and every where you go there is poverty.  Most governments blame the corporations.  I do not see it that way.  Corporations hire people and give them jobs and perks.  From my window, I see the governments as being responsible for the poverty.  An example is Europe and Russia, 70 years of misery as socialists countries, and now our leaders in America are trying to create a poverty utopia in America by tricking the people into poverty.  Our leaders are promising to take care of all of our needs which is the first step to socialism.  The problem is we have become a lazy nation and all we want is convenience and expediency instead of the truth and responsibility for our needs.  We don’t have to be poor and we can turn down the offers that the socialists are offering by rejecting the notion that the government can do all.  If freedom is absent, you have poverty!
