Why are some of the Congressmen talking about our soldiers going into Syria and help fight their civil war?  Don’t they realize that is another civil war?  We have tried to help in Afghanistan and Iraq and lost a lot of our men and women – and,  the people who have returned – have returned without arms and legs and all sorts of problems.  What is now happening in those countries – they are going  back to the same primitive ways as before?  We need to let these people settle their own scores.  We have our neighbor, Mexico, who had thousands of people killed and we certainly didn’t make all of this noise about them.  It seems like our foreign dealings are an open book – a check book???
