Our esteemed mayor of New York must have run a lot of businesses and people out of the state with his new rules of the road like a certain size drink, no smoking, no fat,  state taxes, state income taxes, and new gun laws.  Most of the laws are unconstitutional.  Now the state is advertising for people to relocate their business to the state and are offering  a lot of perks.   It is a nice city to visit; but, live – absolutely not.
