It seems the charisma effect did not last very long.  Biden, who is supposed to be representing the country as our vice-president, certainly turned that faucet off over the week-end when he stated “that the Plantation Party did not have anyone to negotiate with in the Republication Party.”  I guess they feel that the charisma was not working with the American people so Biden decided since he is one of the top democrats he has to make a move to stir the pot.  These people work so hard to doom this country to destruction.  In reality, the Plantation Party and the Republican Party are 180 degrees apart on cutting down the spending.  To give you an example on how Biden wants to cut down on spending:  Every Friday the vice president takes a helicopter designated as Marine Two from the VP’S residence in northwest Washington to the Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.  He then hops on Air Force Two to fly back to his home in Delaware.  At the end of the weekend, he returns on Air Force Two, usually a Boeing   C-32.  On Saturdays in warm weather, Biden regularly returns to Andrews on the airplane to play golf at the base with Obama.  After the game, he flies back to Delaware.  On Sunday evening, he returns on the plane to Washington – all at taxpayer expense.  The cost of flying the plane is $22,000 an hour.  Each golf game costs the taxpayer $20,000.  The annual cost to the taxpayer is $1 million.  In addition, the Secret Service rents more than 20 condominiums in the Wilmington area for agents who must accompany Biden when he returns to his home state.  This is the  same VP that said a woman shooting a shotgun through the door is the best protection, even though she did not know who was behind the door.   This is the classic situation where one owns a dog but persists in barking oneself.
