How do you control your weight? Many people weigh more than they should. When a person is extremely fat, they are referred to as obese. If you are 15 or more pounds heavier than the desirable weight table than you are overweight. If you are 30 or 40 pounds heavier than you are considered obese. The desirable weight is an individual thing. It is described as the weight at which a person feels and looks their best. Life seems to be better for people who are not too fat. What makes a person fat? The answer is because they eat too much. It just means they take in more calories than their bodies need. The body needs food. When you are awake or asleep, the body needs energy for every breath, every heart beat, every activity of living. The body also needs exercise. Daily physical exercise is good for muscle tone and circulation. It certainly helps to relieve stress many people pile up at work. The camera seems to always be focused on fat people’s backside and I don’t know why – I guess it is to let these people know how they look.
