It is a shame that  the newspaper journalists can’t be a  mixture of liberals and conservatives.  I wonder why they all think the same way – could it be that all of the college professors were liberals and these folks are brainwashed and can’t think for themselves?  Wouldn’t it be nice to have a two-part newspaper – one for liberals and one for conservatives.  Surely, there is some smart fellow out there that wants to make money again selling newspapers.  I believe if I owned a newspaper I would think about the bottom money line of the business and not how many liberals agreed with me.  That’s like cutting  your nose off to spite your face.  It seems that the people of the country have stopped buying newspapers because you cannot believe what they say – so the business is going down the toilet.  I use to love to sit down and read the newspaper on Saturday morning with a cup of coffee and, especially, on Sunday afternoon after church and lunch.  The men would watch the games on  television and I would have my head stuck in the newspaper.  That is what I like about television.  I start with a conservative program  and then switch to a liberal just to see what is going on in both sides of the aisle – sure wish I could do that with my newspaper that I don’t subscribe to any longer.
