America has been giving out foreign aid to other countries as long as I can remember – which is good – if the money is properly used.  We have no guarantee that this happens.  I do feel that we should have some kind of contract that goes along with this money to be sure it is not going into someone’s pocket.  It definitely should have a paper trail – who is looking out for our interest – example, Egypt.  My question is:  Has any country ever thanked America’s taxpayer for this money in the past?  If so, they certainly did not advertise it – why not?  People would certainly like to know.
