Only to be a judge for day so that when they bring a person before me  that has molested a child, the punishment would be swift.  I have never understood this behavior as to why an adult conducts himself in this manner.  They have to have a mental problem to harm a child.  My ruling probably would be too stringent because if they do this once – it will happen again.  I think my ruling would be to make him a capon – which to me is lenient considering the crime.  So why don’t all of the states that do not have a “Jessica’s Law” on the books get on the train and “geter done”.
