Let’s see, how does the law work? You incarcerate 5,000 illegals in this country for crimes which were committed. Now you are going to “bring them out of the shadows, again” of the prison. And, because of sequestration you do not have enough dough to take care of them in prison. Just think how many man-hours it took to round-up these people to start with, how many man-hours and dough to put them in prison, how much dough was spent to take care of them in prison, how much dough was spent to process them out of prison, and now how much dough will it cost to keep them on the streets of the country so the “circle of life” can start all over. But, yet, you have enough money ($50 million) to buy new duds for the TSA! What rational thinking! I can see why Arizona was under water when she was governor. The common sense answer would be to “load all of them in a C-47, give them $1,000 each, make an appointment with the Mexican consulate, fly them to Mexico City, and see if they beat you back to the border.”
