If there was no four a.m. call – I bet there were calls every hour during this attack –  it was because the leader had given instructions not to accept any calls.  You can’t receive a call unless you answer the phone when it rings.  The practical question is why did we send all of that help when they were trying to run Gaddafi out of Libya; but, we did not even try to send help from the White house during the Benghazi problem.  In fact, the generals (2) that did send help to Benghazi that night were relieved of their command.  Congress still needs to insist that the survivors of Benghazi testify before them.  That is the ace in the hole.  What is the leader afraid of – put everything out on the table and let the chips fall where they may.
