On February 12, 2013, our leader delivered to the American people a State of the Union speech which was received in a fashion which I call shocking with all of the spending.  These packages which he is proposing are retreads which are worn out,  mutilated, and soiled.  After last night, I hope our government has liability insurance which includes a buyer beware clause  because sooner or later we are going to have to submit a claim. I certainly felt the question-mark look on Speaker Boehner’s face during the entire speech.  How could you possibly clap when what was being projected was completely out of touch with reality.
