It seems the Governors  of Texas and California are in a fight to lure business to their respective states.  It looks like Texas is winning because it does not have a state income tax and California does.  I really hope all of those people there do not come to Texas because they have already ruined that state and I certainly do not want them to come and “Mess” with Texas.
