A college, the University of  Victoria, TX,  is advertising a  degree for $10,000.  If that is true, why are all of these other colleges charging $24,000 and  up.  From what I can understand,  the colleges are charging this absorbent fee because all of the loans go through the government and they know the government will pay whatever  the colleges  charge.  Most of these colleges are well endowed and do not need to charge the high prices.  It is all about greed and building resorts for the liberal faculty.
