Why do people always stick their nose into something that they know nothing about?  Why are chiefs in the country getting involved in the fracking picture?  Science has proven that it is safe and it has been done for a long time.  I think they need to stick to their cooking because all they are going to do is get in hot water.  I think they have run out of ideas for cooking and are in need of attention.  In reviewing magazines of various chiefs and what they present on television they do more decorating on the plate then actually cooking and presenting foods.  It really bothers me when I get a huge plate with the swirling chocolate and some mint leaves and then a thimble of food.  That is especially why I do not go into French restaurants – after being stung a number of times.  When you finish you have to go home and prepare a baloney sandwich.
