All of you who have ostrich hats on and your head stuck in the sand this morning, it only cost the taxpayer $l.5 M for our leader to  fly to Las Vegas, make a 15-minute speech,  and then turnaround and fly back to Washington.  Whoever is advising this leader must have his head screwed on backward. 

  Meanwhile, we also were viewing on television our soldiers in Afghanistan who were furnishing and cooking their own breakfast and otherwise go without because of the recent budget cuts.  Someone in the chain of command has decided in order to save money these young people have had their breakfast meal cut out.   I think I heard our leader saying we were not a “deadbeat nation” at his inauguration; so,  I will have to differ with that comment.  All I can say is actions speak louder than words.  It sounds like the same people who told the Benghazi people they didn’t need any security handled this deal about cutting out the soldiers’ breakfast.  I guess someone in the White House decided they were eating too many calories.  Would one of you congressmen or senators check to let us know that these men are having a breakfast meal!  This is beyond the pale.

Eating breakfast to me is like putting gas in your car.  You wake up and haven’t had any fuel in your tank for approximately 12 hours.  What happens at lunch you over eat because your body is starved.  These men and women in the war zone or anywhere must be fed because your engine is not going to function properly.
