Hooray for the courts for pointing out that our leader is not following the constitution by making these unlawful NLRB appointments.  It is about time the courts pull in the strings  on this leader and I wonder how many other executive orders will fall in the same category.  Jay Carney, the leader’s representative said the court’s move was “novel and unprecedented.”  The definition of novel is “new and strange” and the definition of unprecedented is “not done or known before.”   That is probably true, Jay; but, we have not had leaders, especially the renegades we now have in the White House, who are continually trying to usurp the constitution  they swore to uphold.
