When watching the awards last evening,  I exclaimed “what a beautiful woman” when Julianne Moore appeared on the stage to collect her award.  After her remarks, all of that beauty faded.  I was disappointed that she did not thank Sarah Palin for the honor to have the role she played which contributed to her winning the award.  Her lack of etiquette toward other women  who she disagrees with politically only reinforces the problems we are facing in raising our children in this country to  respect each other and help elevate each other with dignity and respect.  I hope if she has children that they missed her snide remark.   Yes, that is the problem we have – women tearing down each other rather than supporting each other.  Men always recognize this trait in women.
