HSBC Bank was fined $1.9 billion after regulators found that the bank had allowed mexican drug cartels to laundry money in the U.S.  Where  and what government account does that money go into?  I think our congressmen and women need to show the paper trail to the American people as to where this money is deposited.  It seems that every day some one is fined and the government receives an awful lot of money – why doesn’t this go immediately to pay down our debt?
