We have sky marshals, we have presidential marshals, we have mall marshals, we have bank marshals, we have sports marshals – so what is wrong with having school marshals. When we travel in the sky, we don’t even know if there is a marshal on board – so why can’t we be as silent in our schools. I do not understand what these people are afraid of who don’t want a marshal on the school grounds. The government throws away money every day – but do not want to protect our most precious cargo – our children – because it might cost some money. One of our leaders, who is “still working on getting smart,” criticized the NRA for throwing out some ideas on how to solve the problem instead of throwing out some ideas of his own. The Plantation Party always throw out the B-LAME Program.
P.S. All of our local schools in Texas have Marshals at every school and I would screen anyone entering the school without proper school identification. In addition, I would have all school employees identified with badges and pictures. I would have only one way to check in and only one way to check out in order to reach the entrance street level.
