It looks like this department needs to take a look at itself in the mirror and reflect on what the problems are.  They need to review what their over all job is which is to protect the American people, regardless of where they are in the world.  We have had so many killings of Americans throughout the world with no repercussions.  Look at all of the 1999 killings at all of the embassies, the Cole killings, etc., and we don’t seem to learn from any of this.  Why not?  We just need to stop globe-trotting throughout the world handing out money and get real about the state of our country.  We need to have qualified people working with other countries and quit appeasing these countries.  You cannot buy friendship and trust – it has to be earned.  We need to reduce the work force so the right hand knows what the left hand is doing.
