Every one has their own chocolate candy recipe.  This recipe is so easy that it will  make you feel lazy that you have not given more time to something so tasty.  This recipe is not in my recipe book:  www.ratskeler.com but it does have other good quick recipes. 

1 – 12 oz. package of Wilton Candy Melts Light Cocoa; 1  – 12 oz. package of Wilton Candy Melts Dark Chocolate. (Melts can be found at most hobby shops.)

1 – 12.5  oz. can of Spanish Peanuts – has to be Spanish peanuts

Melt both packages of chocolate  and when chocolate starts to bubble remove from heat and add Spanish peanuts into melted chocolate.  Do not over cook the chocolate. 

Then spoon candy onto parchment paper or wax paper.  Makes about 22 patties.  If you don’t like dark chocolate use two packages of cocoa melts or they have the dark mint chocolate melts.
