The minority speaker, Pelosi, just spoke that the Plantation Party was ready to vote on the tax the rich and a vote to give the middle class a tax break.  I, as an American want a “CONTRACT WITH AMERICA” with everything spelled out on what you are going to cut in spending – real cuts not this hanky-panky that you have been putting out for four years whereby you are giving away the store and we have nothing to show for your spending.  I need also to correct you that Obama did not get a mandate for anything from the voters.  We are back where we were before the election – even Steven.  The rich Plantation Party leaders want a blank check  (our Mr. Geithner wants to remove the cap on spending – is he out of his mind) so they can go into high gear and bring our spending up to 25 trillion.  Money is no object to these people because if it meant anything – Harry Reid would have a budget for the American people.    Pelosi doesn’t give a hoot about the American people’s money since her money is in OFFSHORE ACCOUNTS.

How many more days and miles before we run off the cliff?  Alan Simpson had a very good ad this morning on TV depicting his dance around the can (rather than kicking the can down the road).  The “my way or highway”  destruction crew is still out there with the Prez.  These people have never had to worry about money or a budget so maybe the American people need to speak out and tell these people we want a budget to live by and NO MORE SPENDING FOR THINGS WE CANNOT AFFORD – IT IS CALLED AUSTERE MEASUREMENTS.  I know the Prez can hear us – is he playing the role of Mao?  Mr. Prez,  the Plantation Party won’t hold it against you if you compromise at least half way in order to save the country!  I know you are playing your cards close to your vest  – but you either have to “fold ’em or hold ’em.”
