Surprise, surprise – we will now have ethics training for all military officers.  This should be a yearly exercise for all government officials, plus the  military, not just when you get caught with your pants down.  All large companies have a yearly Ethics review.  This should also include a review of all stipulations on how much money employees can accept from outsiders and how much money can be spent by employees at conventions or seminars.   The government has been called on the carpet many times in the past four years for excessive spending at seminars and conventions.
