Following is a poem my mom gave me for inspiration and hope it will help  in these trying times:

However troubled are the times,  however great our fear, there is no cause to worry if we keep our thinking clear.  If we are true to every trust  and if we strive to be forever faithful to our cause in all sincerity.  For righteousness is bound to win  and virtue will prevail as long as we convince ourselves that we can never fail.  For in the courage of our hearts , however  life will call, our will can be victorious  and conquer over all.  Author unknown.
