Someone needs to see what the problem is – they definitely have someone in control that does not know what they are doing.  Or, maybe this is the Plantation Party trying to make the Republican Governor look bad – kinda like what the Plantation Party (Louisiana Governor) did to the Republican President during Katrina – they always make the people suffer to achieve their goal.
