Are the car companies, GM and Chrysler,  disputing the fact that they do  have car factories in China and elsewhere throughout the world?  Why weren’t the 11 assembly plants and 4 power train plants built in the U.S.?   Some movie star said the factories were humming in the U.S.; but, he was wrong – they are humming in China.  Hey, Hey, let’s call a spade a spade.  They did not ask the tax payer owners if they could do this!  When Romney talks about this subject they seem to dispute what he is saying.
