How was this medication contaminated?  We know where it was contaminated,  but still do not have an answer as to how did the contamination occur?

Still waiting for answers as to how did the contamination occur – who and why?

Where did this problem disappear?  Media doesn’t seem so interested now that the election is over.  The public is still waiting as to how did the contamination occur – who and why?  Or was this a subject cover up to keep the public off the real problems of the election?  A lot of people died.
