Just leave the children alone!  It looks like the next step in having children will be to take them at birth and send them to the government schools to be brain-washed.  Children do not get to be children any more.  The important part of child rearing is the bonding of parents with the child.  Why Pre-K?  Parents raising children for all of their needs is the most important part of upbringing.  When they are raised at an educational facility the love is just not there.  Definition of kindergarten:  a school or class for young children about five years old to get them ready for regular school work by games, exercises, simple handicraft, etc.  So are we trying to throw out the baby with the bath water?
