It has been almost four years and our country does not have a budget.  What do these government workers do all day long who have this responsibility?  We are spending about $1.1 TRILLION EACH YEAR.  Mr. President, with due respect, if you have not produced a budget, how in heavens name can you ask our candidate to show his.  Although he has!   I didn’t say it was your fault – I said I was blaming you!
