It seems some of our military  will not be able to vote in the November  6 election  due to the late or no mailing of ballots to various posts throughout the world.  It is my understanding that money was allocated in the budget for an office to be set up at each military post to handle the voting this year.  This also happened during the last  election and a lot of the military did not get to vote or the votes were not counted because they were returned too late.  I  call this dereliction of duty and some heads should roll.
