Can people claim that the Government still discriminates against blacks in America when we have a black President,  a black Attorney General, and roughly 18% of the Federal workforce is black!   We have gotten to a point when you have to look at the social, music,  television, educational, and sports arenas – the ethnic groups are equalized (in some areas surpassed) – so now, we have to scale back and change our way of thinking and make this country function on merit.  The old saying that was characterized by a famous person in the past,  “if you stop hollerin – you stop gettin,” does not work any more.
