We must do this as a top priority.  Our credit rating is deteriorating.  The Government receives so much money from the gasoline tax every time we put a gallon of gas in our cars.  Why they can’t take a percentage of that tax and set up a fund entitled:  ONLY FOR – Paying off the debt.  Am I being naive?
