QUICK RECIPE FOR BAKED FISH

If you like baked fish, this is an excellent recipe which is included in my book entitled, “RobJoy Ranch Kitchenology Cook Book:

4 fish fillets, 4 chalet onions (chopped) 1 tsp parsley flakes, 1 tsp Accent seasoning, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp lemon juice (concentrated), 1 tbsp Greek seasoning (Cavender’s), 1/4 lb oleo or 1 stick, 4 tbsp picante sauce.

Arrange fish in Pyrex dish.   Combine all ingredients with margarine (except picante sauce) and melt.  Spoon melted ingredients over fish.  Then, spoon picante sauce on top.  Cover dish with foil.  Bake approximately 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
