When I am driving down the highways over the beautiful scenery  and see litter – I always think:  what do people think or do they think  when they roll down their car window and throw out bottles, soda/beer cans or styrofoam cups?  I have travelled in a lot of different countries and never have seen litter like we have in the U.S.  Why – what makes us do this?
