Mayor Rybak stated on Fox and Friends this morning that the American people were:  “GAMING THE SYSTEM.”   I would like a further explanation.  I am insulted as an American who worked hard for 42 years before I retired.  From what I can see – it is really in reverse.  The American people are being ripped off with:  an out of control economy, unbridled debit, massive unemployment, and obamacare (which I call a tax without representation).
