Barack Obama, and Russia was in the middle of that mess. We have a blow by blow list of all of the ways that Barack Obama made this mess, and how Trump is trying to clean it up as diplomatically as possible.

Remember, Obama, let Putin run free to do all sorts of damage, including the invasion of Ukraine and the ramping up in Syria.
