Nearly 20,000 illegal immigrants with 64,197 criminal offenses – including 208 murders and 8,234 violent convictions – have been allowed to simply walk back into American society.

That’s right. Some in our federal government would rather release criminals back onto the streets of Texas cities than enforce immigration laws already on the books!

Texas is going to BAN sanctuary city policies during our upcoming legislative session. If you support a secure Texas, I ask that you make a contribution to our campaign before the December 10 ban on campaign fundraising takes effect.

I’ve heard too many stories like that of Kathryn Steinle, who was gunned down by an illegal immigrant in San Francisco last year in front of her dad. Her killer had already been deported five times!

But even though he had been apprehended just days before by San Francisco law enforcement for drug trafficking, he was never deported for a sixth time – because San Francisco is a “sanctuary city” that refuses to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

That’s why I’m determined to make “sanctuary city” policies a thing of the past during this upcoming session of the Texas Legislature with my plan to:

•Outlaw any policy or action that promotes sanctuary to people in this state illegally;
•Make it illegal for a Sheriff’s Department to refuse to honor a federal immigration detainer request;
•Ensure that localities are fully financially responsible for the actions of any illegal immigrants who are released because the county’s sheriff failed to honor an ICE detainer request.
But I’ll be taking on the entire open-borders crowd, who are desperate to dismiss the lessons of November 2016 as quickly as possible. Can I count on you to have my back?

Every notorious liberal you can think of – from ultra-liberal billionaire George Soros, to media demagogues, to left-wing federal judges – will go all out to stop me.

And with my campaign banned from raising a dime while I take on this battle starting December 10, they think the stage will be set to take me out in 2018!

That’s why I need you to contribute right away to so we can keep Texas leading to protect the Rule of Law.

As I mentioned, under Texas law, my reelection campaign will be banned from receiving contributions starting December 10 for over six months.

That could easily allow potential Democrat opponents to outraise me by millions of dollars.

Believe me, George Soros and his pals aren’t going to miss this opportunity to expand Democrats’ reach in Texas. He dumped half-a-million dollars into one Texas county alone this year.

On top of that, Hillary Clinton’s campaign poured resources into Texas, with campaign offices and paid staff. Now her entire campaign infrastructure – built with presidential campaign millions – is going to be pointed squarely at taking me out and ultimately winning Texas!

With my campaign banned under Texas law from raising any funds starting December 10 and lasting well into next year, this is an absolutely critical time for me.

For daring to take on the status quo, I’ve become a target for Democrats and their left-wing pals in D.C.

That’s why I’m counting on you to make the most generous contribution possible!

If we lose this fight, we lose Texas.
