Even when you have all of the “It Takes a Village” people trying to come up with an answer – they were all dumbed down with Bill Clinton’s “modern math” where 2 plus 2 can be any number you want it to be – in other words – whatever blows your skirt up – as Bill would say.  Then, as the story goes, they would never be able to agree to what the answer could or would be.  Therefore, if they can’t read to begin with – so how can they  learn math?  Oh! well.
