That was the purpose of the dumbing down of our children when Clinton was in the White House and still continues today and children aren’t learning anything because the teachers are not teaching. You have people in college who only have an eight-grade reading level and should not be there.  People are graduating without having learned anything – called social promotion.  They can’t find work because they are not capable of passing standard testing when applying for jobs.   Hillary and Bill Clinton are a disgrace to our country with their experimentation.
