In the future, we must have an identification card with photo identification and a finger print as we do on our drivers license.  There has to be some kind of identification because of all of the illegals in this country.  This one card would cover all states because as of right now there are no strict rules in the country.  We must do more to make  voting honest.  Call your congressman.
