Newly released email seems to contradict Leon Panetta’s Benghazi testimony

 Back in 2013 the Secretary of Defense,  Leon Panetta, testified in front of the Congress and he stated that there was not enough time for troops to respond to the Benghazi attack. This is also a claim that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has also made.

  Here is a quick refresher:

he [Leon Panetta] said there was no time to get forces to the scene in Libya, where four Americans were killed, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.

Panetta told the Senate Armed Services Committee nearly two years ago that “time, distance, the lack of an adequate warning, events that moved very quickly on the ground prevented a more immediate response.”

  However a newly released email from Leon Panetta’s Chief of Staff seems to contradict that claim, here is more:
