DA Alvin Bragg resume’ should always include as the first item – that he is a liar. He quit because he didn’t want to be labeled for life. Why can’t they stop being politically dishonest and start an hones club so that people can trust them. Now, every time I see that name BRAGG BRAGG BRAGG, my thought will be – don’t use him – he is a liar and dishonest. Why are all lawyers dishonest? Even when I read the word “LAWYERS,” my first thought is LIAR/DISHONEST. I won’t even go to a lawyer because they steal from the people.

Again, why don’t they start a club whereby they can be listed in the phone book as HONEST LAWYERS. And, if they aren’t, we can sue them.

Trump Enemy’s Resignation Letter Shows Why He Resigned

(RoyalPatriot.com )- Last week, the New York Times obtained the resignation letter from one of the two Manhattan prosecutors who quit in February after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg shut down the investigation into the financial practices of the Trump Organization.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office had been investigating allegations that Donald Trump manipulated the financial statements of the Trump Organization to secure loans. However, last month, District Attorney Alvin Bragg decided to drop the case out of concern that the prosecution would be unable to obtain a conviction.

In his resignation letter, Mark F. Pomerantz, who resigned from the DA’s office on February 23 along with another prosecutor, Carey R. Dunne, argued that the DA’s office could have convicted Trump and asserted that the former President was “guilty of numerous felony violations.”

Pomerantz blasted the DA’s decision, saying in his resignation letter that it was a “grave failure of justice” not to pursue an indictment against Trump.

According to the New York Times, Pomerantz and Dunne had wanted to charge Trump with altering business documents on annual financial statements, a felony in New York State. In his letter, Pomerantz wrote that the team investigating the allegations “harbors no doubt” that Donald Trump broke the law, adding “he did.”

Pomerantz acknowledged that there may be risks in pursuing an indictment against the former president, but added that he was convinced that failing to prosecute Trump “will pose much greater risks in terms of public confidence in the fair administration of justice.”

Trump’s lawyer Ronald P. Fischetti said in a statement to the New York Times that any charges would be unwarranted, adding that Pomerantz had several opportunities to present the results of his investigation to the District Attorney “and failed.”

Fischetti told the Times that DA Bragg should be applauded for making an apolitical charging decision based only on the lack of evidence “and nothing else.”

In a statement to the Times, the Trump Organization described Pomerantz as a “Never Trumper.” It blasted the investigation saying there had never been “this level of corruption” in the legal system.

This level of corruption in the legal system also includes all Democrats/ Biden/Obama/Pelosi/Schumer.

“Dear Lord” – please help us bring these people to justice so that we can have a “peaceful” nation. We know that you allow these people to flourish to teach us how evil the DEVIL is.
